Additional Engagements

- Executive board position – We may work together towards us having a position on your Executive Board, getting involved in the future profitability and sustainability of the business directly.
- Rather than monthly or quarterly meetings, you may choose to employ us for a set business consulting engagement to value your business, critically analyse business processes, or any other important area of your business that requires special attention.
